Manner mode replaces Do not disturb on some Keitais.

Found on the Kyocera DIGNO Keitai 3 and Kyocera DIGNO Keitai 4.

The mode causes the phone to not make sounds and only vibrate.

Manner mode is activated by closing the phone and holding the Manner/Shutter button, and toggled back off the same way.
