InkOS
Native D-Pad Support: Mostly supported

InkOS is a minimal text based launcher with D-Pad reasonable navigation support. Does not support shortcuts however, and has issues with showing all installed apps at times.

Multi Launcher
Native D-Pad Support: Somewhat supported

Setting up some of the home screen requires a cursor or screen mirroring. Navigation in settings has inconsistent highlighting of selection, but home screen has clear selections.
Ion Launcher
Native D-Pad Support: Minimally supported

Not well supported on the phone without a cursor. Main screen is not navigable by the D-Pad.
